The staff were incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. The suite had a comfortable bed, plenty of storage, a safe, and a minibar. The hotel's location is fantastic, being in close proximity to a theatre and a tower. The place was impeccably clean.

The room had enough storage, a spacious closet, and coffee for you to enjoy, set in a fantastic location conveniently close to Heathrow airport.

We were moved to a superior queen room with comfortable beds.

Absolutely spotless and perfectly appointed rooms, incredible employees on the floor including what looked like the manager. Very central location along with super breakfasts. Easy walk to Lyceum Theatre.

The Waldorf Hilton in London is a fabulous hotel with really good and very welcoming staff. The location is brilliant in the Westminster Borough district, just next door to Covent Garden and in one of the best locations for so much in London, including the restaurant and theater district. The building and rooms are nice and the restaurant serves eggs and bacon for breakfast. The mini-bar fridge in the room is convenient.

This place is luxurious, exceptionally clean with friendly attentive staff, and the rooms are well-organised with spacious bathrooms.
